Hidroelectrica și PayU colaborează pentru facilitarea plăților electronice
Hidroelectrica, unul dintre cei mai importanți furnizori de energie electrică din România, a semnat un contract cu compania PayU pentru implementarea unui sistem de plată cu cardul destinată clienților finali. Conform unui comunicat de presă preluat de Agerpres, acest parteneriat va permite utilizatorilor să își achite facturile direct prin intermediul aplicației iHidro sau al site-ului oficial al companiei.
Deocamdată, compania nu a anunțat o dată precisă pentru lansarea acestei noi opțiuni de plată. Contractul cu PayU, în valoare de 3,463 milioane de lei, a fost câștigat în urma unei proceduri de achiziție sectorială, în care au fost implicate și alte două oferte din partea asocierei CEC Bank – Europayment Services și Netopia Financial Services.
Implementarea procesatorului de plăți se va realiza în termen de 15 zile de la emiterea ordinului de execuție de către Hidroelectrica, urmând ca inițial să fie efectuate ajustări tehnice pentru asigurarea compatibilității sistemelor informatice. Noua metodă de plată va permite, de asemenea, integrarea cu servicii populare de plată precum Apple Pay și Google Pay.
În prezent, clienții Hidroelectrica pot realiza plăți prin transfer bancar, la ghișeu la Poșta Română sau prin automate de plată ale băncilor. Hidroelectrica se remarcă ca fiind cel mai mare producător de energie verde din România și furnizează servicii tehnologice pentru Sistemul Energetic Național.
